Could there possibly be two videos for better publicity and/or details?
Ptpix1 made me a video for Shell Speedway, as well did BillyNoodles. Ptpix's is a VS race displaying all of the CPU/Item routes, Item Box positions, etc., and BillyNoodles' video displays some special features of the track.
