A curious bug

See the first seconds of this video: The Mario Statue has no head. This bug appears, if driving with a Mii. Sky Beach has the same bug.

Background: If you playing for example Luigis Circuit, you can see a Luigi Statue. If you drive with a Mii, this statue is replaced by a Mii-Statue.

A second bug is at 2:05: Look at the red shell. The item routes goes back and forth.

A question about v2.8

My tools say:

    - HINT: Unknown file:    ./brsad/kuribo/walk_l.brasd
    - HINT: Unknown file:    ./brsad/kuribo/walk_r.brasd
    ....
    + WARNING: Missing file: ./brasd/kuribo/walk_l.brasd
    + WARNING: Missing file: ./brasd/kuribo/walk_r.brasd

Is this a typo in the directory name?

They say also:

    - HINT: Unknown file:    ./CPUParam/AIParam.baa
    - HINT: Unknown file:    ./CPUParam/AIParam.bas
    - HINT: Unknown file:    ./text/course.mtl.txt
    - HINT: Unknown file:    ./text/course.obj.txt
    - HINT: Unknown file:    ./text/wszst-setup.txt

The first 2 are also a typo, and the last 3 should be excluded by wszst.
