KMT Modifier is a program created by TheZACAtac and can be used to modify KMT files.

preview	2017-08-29	Ability to create KMT Scenerio entries Allows user to set the following values (not all values have been tested): Mission Run File Game Mode Course Character Vehicle Engine Class Time Limit Score Allows user to generate a KMT Patch code from the entry. This code can be pasted into the Mission Mode and KMT Patch cheat code created by MrBean35000vr. The generated code has not been officially tested but there shouldn't be any reason for it not to work. Allows user to export the entry into a Mission Mode and KMT Patch GCT file. The program can use the entry to generate a Mission Mode and KMT Patch cheat code and save it as a GCT file (only tested in NTSC-U regions).
beta	2017-09-01	Added ability to create, load, and edit KMT files. Added ability to navigate between different KMT entries. Added ability to export GCT to either a NTSC-U, NTSC-J, or PAL format (untested however).

Credits to MrBean35000vr for discovering KMT entries and creating the Mission Mode and KMT Patch cheat code.
