Overview
Floatzel is a type of Pokémon, first appearing in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, and Platinum. It was ported to Mario Kart Wii by HackStarz, using the model from PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure, replacing Yoshi on the Mach Bike. The author was inspired by LuigiGalaxy530 to make this.
