Date of a Download Link

I’m very interested in this texture for Rainbow Road as it looks stunningly beautiful in the image. I wish to know when will a download link be available for the public. Waltz (talk)

When I try to download the texture from Google Drive, it says the link doesn’t exist or that the author removed the article May The stars shine down on your future (talk)
