Mario Kart 64 Wii is a Custom Track Distribution created by Miky Jacksanne. It is released as a Riivolution distribution. The XML contains RMC as Game ID, so the distributions works with RMCE01 and RMCP01 Game IDs.

N64 Toad's Turnpike doesn't work in Moonview Highway slot (4.2).
