This is MKDasher.
Another character wanted to ride a Wiimote too: White Mage is on it now!.
White Mage sits down on it and tapes A to accelerate :P
It replaces Rosalina + Bowser Bike (Flame Runner), you can replace any other character though.

Put : la_bike-rs.szs to "My folder"
For ISO users:
Replace "Race/Kart/la_bike-rs.szs" by this file.
