It features two caves; one big one filled with water and gigantic pipes, and one small volcanic one filled with lava. The track is BigOto's 10th released custom track, and it took about 6 weeks of on-and-off development.
This track was originally going to be called 35000 Feet Under, but due to a name suggestion by WorldsBoss (who also originally inspired the BigOto2 into making this track) the name was changed to Pipe Underworld.
