Overview
Monroe is a custom character that is the roblox avatar of the username: OddzoffWasTaken. This is my roblox avatar, in a mario kart game. He replaces all karts and has Toad's animations, but is ported to Baby Mario. This will not work online because all szs files are over 250kb.
