Overview
Male_07 is a non-playable citizen character in Valve's Half-Life 2. He rides on the Scout Car, a vehicle used by the members of the Combine Resistance. [1] The character and vehicle were imported into Mario Kart Wii by QuadraticFour, which replaces Waluigi using the Offroader.
