Overview
Crystal Rosalina on Crystal Bike Deluxe is a custom character made by CrystalMoonKittyCat that goes over Rosalina on the Flame Runner. This custom character is a remake of Crystal Rosalina on Crystal Bike. It has custom animations on the skirt. The author got inspiration from the alternate outfits for characters in Mario Kart Tour.
