igorseabra4 was the one who made this track. It's a medium difficulty track which is part for karters and part for bikers. It's separated into two parts: A garden part (like DS Peach Gardens) and a beach part (like GCN Peach Beach). The beach part is easy difficulty.
This beach section has a high amount of detail, with palmtrees, parasols, seagulls, realistic water and a boat. It's only obstacles are the goombas on the grassy section and the crabs in the beach.
It's in an island in close proximity to Peach Beach, but not close enough to be seen from it.
