This is a Baby Mario texture that was requested from someone at the creator/designer's [http://www.mariokartwii.com/f100/t-x-s-texture-shop-108437.html texture shop]. He wears the fire suit from his older self after having used the Fire Flower, except he wanted some style, so he went with a blue hat instead of the traditional white hat that comes along with the Fire Flower suit. Blue Hat Baby Mario comes with every kart & bike textured to his needs.
