Overview

This port is created by Diego Vapy. It uses the original model from Mario Kart 8. Since v2.0, it features animated skyships (peachtreeGC), lightning in the thunderstorm section (WLwallGC) and a ported skybox.

Credits

• Mr. Brian, for creating the cloud animations, adjusting some textures and adding mipmaps since v1.0 onward, and adding the Koopa Paratroopa audience (castletree1 and gardentreeDS), Bowser's trampolines (kinoko_bend), cannon, and particle effect in the clouds in v1.0.
• Josei, for the Mario Kart 8 item box model in v2.0.
• Luca, for the Koopa Paratroopa objects in v2.0 (castletree2 and windmill).
