Thank you for joining the Custom Mario Kart Wiiki!

Before you get started, Click here to read the Rules page.

Keep the following in mind as you contribute to the site:

  • Make good edits. Always use the SHOW PREVIEW button to check your changes before you use the SAVE button. If you make a mistake, wait 15 minutes before saving the same page a third or fourth time in a row.
  • Saving lots of edits without PREVIEWING will get the moderators on your case, and can get you banned from the Wiiki.
  • If you plan to update a lot of pages in a short period of time, please clear it with a moderator first.
  • Write articles in third person (using words like he, she and they) instead of first person (I, me and we.) User pages and talk pages are the exceptions to this rule.
  • Use correct grammar, spelling and capitalization.
  • If someone posts on your talk page, please post a reply.
  • Sign all of your posts on talk pages with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • Don't delete anything from your talk page.
  • Use the Templates on the Main Page when making new articles for content such as Custom Tracks, Texture Hacks, Characters and other releases.
  • We encourage all content makers to create a User Link to put on their release pages and to add it to the Author List.

Thank you! --Wexos (Talk | Contribs) – CT/MK8 Wiki Admin 10:49, 6 October 2017 (UTC)

Version Numbers

I like always to see new authors. And it is clear, that they have to learn. And one point to learn is to select a good Version Number. If you say v1, you suggest, that the track is complete now and ready for use. But If I test your tracks, they look more alhpa or beta than RC1 or V. So please read »Version Number«. -- Wiimm (talk) 22:29, 11 December 2017 (UTC)

  • I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this, I will stay updated looking at that page and hopefully, the version number will be accurate. --Skipper93653 (talk) 22:34 11 December 2017 (UTC)

200kmh Pack Mission Mode rankings

Hi Skipper, apparently, your 200km/h CT pack accidentally uploads mission mode times to the competition rankings which can get players banned: https://gbatemp.net/threads/banned-from-wiimmfi-for-nothing.516621/ Would you mind updating the pack so it no longer uploads any rankings? -- Leseratte (talk) 12:36, 30 August 2018 (UTC)

How would I change it so it wouldn't upload to the competition rankings? --Skipper93653 (talk) 12:43, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
I don't know. The easiest solution would probably be editing the StaticR.rel so all the ghost upload and ranking system URLs (which would be "upload.aspx", "ghostupload.aspx" and everything related to the "race" server) would point to a non-existing server (like WFC) instead of the Wiimmfi server. I could look the exact offsets up later today. If I remember correctly, there also is a cheat code somewhere that completely disables uploading ghosts, maybe I'll find that as well. -- Leseratte (talk) 12:47, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
Ok, I just want this problem fixed so people don't get banned and get unfair leaderboard times, so please do what you can and tell me what to edit in the StaticR.rel --Skipper93653 (talk) 12:53, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
