Translations

Hello, We've noticed that you have been editing several Korean translations for retro track titles. While we appreciate your eagerness to help translate, several of your edits have changed names to either unofficial names (when an official translation by Nintendo does exist) or inconsistent with Mario Kart Wii's Korean translations (an example being that in MKW, Korean uses the prefix "64" rather than "N64"). In the future, please try to keep consistency. If in doubt, the Super Mario Wiki may be helpful to you. - Bruh de la Boi (talk) 10:33, 28 December 2021 (UTC)

Since you have been adding more translations to pages, I believe you may need some clarification about the use of the green fill ( {{yes|TRANSLATION}} ). This should be used when translations are taken from an official source, such as a video game if the track was imported from one. As such, please use no fill color by default on most pages. However, if the track is from or is based on a video game, do some research first to make sure that an official translation for Korean does exist, and if it does, use that translation and use the green fill. - Bruh de la Boi (talk) 17:01, 14 January 2022 (UTC)
