Overview

Tommy Vercetti is the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.[1] He was made as a custom character by BillyBnMOfficial, where he goes over Waluigi on all vehicles. This character also comes with shaders, voice clips, icons, and menu and award models.

Trivia

Most of the voice clips included were ripped from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, though the author left two of Ray Liotta's lines from Bee Movie.
