File Format

I would like to implement this format in my tool, but there are two things I don't understand. I understand how to get the basic key. Then it says "XORed with the basic key and the loaded file". I don't know what how I should XOR it with "the loaded file" nor what the loaded file means. Then there is the "summary key", which I don't understand how I should get.
