I'm glad you like the track! The train speed and car length was a sort of compromise that I reached early in development. I wanted the trains to be present at the intersections and in the background throughout the course. To do this, I set the trains to a fast speed. Because of how frequently players may encounter the trains at these speeds, I didn't want players to be waiting a long time for the trains to pass, thus the train length is relatively short to alleviate this.
