Character Edit or Character Texture?

@Deathrise21: What makes this a character edit rather than it being a character texture? I tried comparing a few files and nothing really suggests it is an edit – unless my eyes were deceiving me. --KantoEpic (talk) 02:47, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
