Freeze in v1

If falling into water, then the track freezes. So I added files ./effect/pocha/rk_pocha/* by command wszst patch --auto-add TRACK.szs and relased it as v1.1.
Another point: Please add some enemies, e.g. ice/snow goombas.

Thanks for the fix, hadn't used the water splash before and nobody fell into the water in my console test. Also, I don't want to add Goombas or much since it wouldn't fit the original track, but I'll consider an alternate version with some obstacles to fill in some duller spots like the waterfall area and the middle of the forest.

When testing a candidate for MKW-Fun, I and later my tester team will always use mega mushroom and fall in seas, lakes and any other abysses. Command wszst check TRACK.szs will find missed files. In case of v1 it tells:
         + WARNING: Missing file: ./effect/pocha/rk_pocha.breff
         + WARNING: Missing file: ./effect/pocha/rk_pocha.breft
