Bugs in v1

The item route needs some more attention:

• Place more points especially in corners to get a more smooth flight.
• Fix height of item points, so that Bullet Bill don't run into the ceiling (after start).
• Force the height over mushrooms and abysses, so that Bullet Bill don't run into a wall after the abysses.
