Lava Pillars

This should be a track edit because the lava pillars in v1.1 actually work like normal lava pillars instead of having no hit box. However, they only appear in spots where you would fall off (like if you miss the dock cut by about 90 degrees). --Unsigned comment by AlmostTWD98 (talk).
