Overview

TWD98's Item Rain Music Pack is a custom music distribution created by Mayro. It was created for TWD98's Item Rain Knockout videos. The distribution replaces the original 41 themes with enhanced remixes of songs throughout the Mario Kart series and includes a patched revo_kart.brsar featuring arrangements of the Star, Mega Mushroom, final lap, and title screen music.

Please note that there were custom tracks intended to replace certain base game tracks when this pack was initially created, but I don't recall which of his series in particular did that. I get frequent requests to release this music pack and Troy's item rain series is always cited as the source, so that's the branding I'm choosing to go with. I'm aware that certain songs are a little unfitting, but that's to match the custom tracks Troy had chosen at the time. It should also be noted that there are no multichannel BRSTMs included, as this pack was intended for CTGP which fixes the bug causing regular BRSTMs to cut out on tracks that usually use multichannel ones. If using this pack with other distributions, songs that originally had dynamic music (think Koopa Cape, Moonview Highway) may cut out from time to time.
