Overview

Shy Guy Lumber Co. is a custom track created by Metabus. The track is set in a lumbermill operated by Shy Guys that is located in the mountains. It has several custom objects, including Shy Guys cutting trees, riding logs across a water stream and pushing trickable logs to make the track feel more alive and dynamic. The track features a multitude of shortcuts while still trying to appeal to newer players with a somewhat easy base layout. It was originally created for SquireTurnbolt's Custom Cup Contest, for which it was not finished in time. The track also features an explorable out of bounds area and an Easter egg for players to find.

Slot Information

It is recommended to put this track on slot 2.3 for the lift and Shy Guy sound effect.

Removed last log pusher to make the following turn nicer to take. Removed a beam at the Golden Mushroom shortcut. Added an item box at the shortcut next to the finish line. Changed timings so there is an item box between every log-riding Shy Guy. Changed out of bounds at the second water stream to avoid the slow wheelie glitch. Swapped fall boundary at the bagging route with out of bounds. Extended off-road at the Golden Mushroom shortcut. Optimized performance across the track.
