Overview

This is a remake created by Slimeserver for April Fools' Day. The track has been turned into an obstacle course filled with Sans-inspired custom objects such as bone Thwomps, Sans cows and Sans boulders. On top of that, the players are constantly bombarded by Sans’ pirate ship. On lap three, parts of the road fall away, forcing the player into the path of some Thwomps. The author recommends using v2.0, for the full SANS rainbow road experience, however if you want a more polished experience v2.0-alt is the version for you.

Original overview

An incredibly faithful remake of Mario Kart's first ever Rainbow Road, from Super Mario Kart. Super Mario Kart was released on the "Super Amazing Nintendo System" back in 1992. This remake perfectly captures the atmosphere of the original track, while adding a visual overhaul that even surpasses Mario Kart 8. Undoubtedly the single greatest custom track Mario Kart Wii has ever seen.
