Overview
Princess Ruto (also known simply as Ruto) is the Zora princess from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, from where the model was imported.[1] She goes over King Boo and rides all vehicles. She has a custom voice using her voice clips from Hyrule Warriors.
