Overview
The Panther De Ville is a neo-classic luxury vehicle from 1974.[1] Derek made a custom vehicle based on it for Mario Kart Wii, which uses a modified Royale model from Mario Kart DS to fit its appearance better. This vehicle goes over Peach on the Classic Dragster.
