Overview
Fungal Jungle (also known as Toad's Jungle Pungle; formerly known as Toadstool Trench) is a custom track created by TacoJosh. It was created in an unfinished state for the seventh edition of the Custom Track Jam competition series, but due to the track using models from Mario Party 9, it was disqualified and given an honorable mention.
The initial concept of the track was to take place in a forest filled with mushrooms at night. Due to time constraints during the Custom Track Jam, this idea did not come to fruition. The author then released v1.0, which is a full remake of the track. This version adds Biddybuds from Super Mario 3D Land (penguin_m). The track also uses textures from Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Super Mario 3D World.
Slot Information
It is recommended to put this track on the N64 DK's Jungle Parkway slot because of the KCL sound triggers.
