Overview
Volcanic Skyway consists of a grassland area, a desert area, a beach, and a volcano with a cannon in the middle. There is a cloud high above the volcano which is similar in form to Rainbow Road, and a cannon which goes from the clouds back down and inside a pyramid. There are currently two branches of development: versions 2 and 4. While version 4 is arguably better, version 2 is a classic and is so much different that it gets its own spot in the CTGP-R. An update, v2.3, is available by Torran, which adds animated boosts and fixes up a number of previous issues.
Custom Set
v2.3 of this track implements feature sets that may affect the normal gameplay of Mario Kart Wii.

You now drive down the top of the pyramid instead of going inside. Added fences to restrict players to the main area, which removes the big ultra shortcut. |
