Overview

Skyline Circuit is a texture hack and track edit of SNES Mario Circuit 3 created by Jasperr. Despite being a track edit, the track is safe to use online due to very slight edits made to implement a boost panel animation; this could not be done by normally texture hacking the track. The author had the idea of making this so other people could also use this track as a template for future texture hacks or edits.
