The author meant to release this mod alongside his releases of Pianta, Noki, Gooper Blooper, Wiggler (Super Mario Sunshine), Mecha-Bowser, King Boo (Super Mario Sunshine), Shadow Mario, and Bowser Jr. (Super Mario Sunshine) to celebrate the 18th anniversary of Super Mario Sunshine, though it was finished later due to time constraints.
