Overview

Mario Kart Shuffle is a custom track distribution created by Sapphire Bullet Bill. It features all 120 retro tracks from SNES to 3DS in their respective order, as well as the original 10 battle arenas. The distribution primarily features "Course Randomizers" in which tracks may be selected at random offline, either from all 120 tracks or a specific game. It also includes other features such as respective music for all tracks, character and vehicle adjustments, support for online play, and item adjustments.

Game Features
Feature Author Information
Course Randomizers Leseratte Tracks can be selected at random both online and offline. This is accomplished by using LE-CODE's "Hidden Tracks" functionality.
Track Music Expander CLF78 This code allows all tracks to have their respective music.
BRSAR Patch Atlas This prevents custom music from muting upon attempting to loop.
Force 30 FPS Nick Reynolds This code will force the game to cap at 30 FPS, which is useful for lower-end Dolphin users. This option is toggleable.
Custom Server Support Wiimm, Leseratte Support to play on a custom Mario Kart Wii server has been added as a replacement to Nintendo WFC.
Ultra UnCut MrBean35000vr, Chadderz Ultra UnCut is a modification to the checkpoint system which patches out Ultra Shortcuts. This has been included to prevent abuse of Ultra Shortcuts online.
Faithfully Rebalanced Vehicles Sapphire Bullet Bill All vehicles have been rebalanced by halving the deviance for speed, weight, drift, and mini-turbo stats. These changes mostly revolve around the Flame Runner, the only vehicle which remains unchanged. On top of that, all outside-drift vehicles are 5% faster, and their mini-turbos last 20% longer.
All Characters Are Equally Fast Sapphire Bullet Bill All characters have +1.06 speed stat just like Baby Daisy, Daisy and Funky Kong.
Draggable Blue Shells MrBean35000vr Blue Shells can now be held behind you like Green and Red Shells. They will explode on contact, but not hurt the player. They can be used to protect against other items being shot from behind, but if wheelie-bumped while holding a Blue Shell behind you, it will fall away and disappear. Only one Blue Shell can exist at once, so even when it is held out behind you, it will be impossible for anyone else to get one from an item box.
Rotating Triple Bananas Luis Similar to Mario Kart 8, the Triple Bananas item will rotate around the player.
Item Damage Type Modifier CLF78 Bananas have been adjusted to have a longer slip duration, similar to when running into objects such as Goombas and Pokeys.
Identical Fake Item Box ALE XD Fake Item Boxes share a nearly identical color as real item boxes. They are slightly modified to keep the question mark upside down.
CPU Racer Adjustments Deluxe Team CPUs have been adjusted to balance the difficulty between all tracks. In most cases, the CPUs will be slightly more difficult than usual.
200cc MrBean35000vr, _tZ, stebler Available as a separate, optional mode. The vehicles' overall speed and other attributes are multiplied by 1.5× for a faster experience.
Frameskip Wiimmfi Team Frameskip is enabled when going below 60 FPS. This only works offline and does not compensate for going below 30 FPS.
60FPS in 3-4 Player Nick Reynolds Allows the game to run at 60 FPS in three-four player modes. Only works when Frameskip is enabled; for NTSC-U only.
Skip ESRB Screen Diamond Bypasses the ESRB warning screen for the NTSC-U version.
Race Count Modifier JoshuaMK This makes every amount of races from 1 → 32 be selectable in the VS mode settings.
Manual Drift by Default CLF78 The drift type is set to manual by default.
Exception Recovery Star This code allows a program execution to continue if a DSI exception occurs.
Max Speed Modifier JoshuaMK The maximum speed a vehicle can travel has been increased from 120 km/h to 250 km/h.
Can Always Drift Supastarrio No matter how slow you go, you can drift.
Always Get Respawn Boost CLF78 You will always get a boost when landing from a respawn.
Brake Drifting stebler Allows players to brake-drift by pressing both drift/brake buttons.
Dynamic Gravity v3.1 (CTGP 200cc) JoshuaMK A modded Dynamic Gravity code made to work as closely to CTGP Revolution's dynamic gravity as possible.
Mega Flips Cars JoshuaMK Instead of cars stopping you dead in your tracks while using a Mega Mushroom, they will flip over like when using a Star.
Automatic Pow Dodging Seeky This code makes it so that you do not need to press D-Pad Up/shake your Wii Remote to dodge POW Blocks.
