 Bluetopian Raceway is a custom track created by LUDAROBE. This is the authors first custom track. The author sees it as a beginners work but also ambitious in its design.
 <spoiler text="Inspiration for a Wonderful Creation">
 This track is inspired by a Minecraft server of the same name created by the author. The track was done as a homage to the cancelled project in Minecraft. It was meant to be revived through a Mario Kart Wii Custom Track. He got motivated by the staff members from the Mario Kart Wii Deluxe’s Discord Server. The authors wanted to leave a mark on the mod through his track because if he were to retire definitively from Mario Kart Wii, Bluetopian Raceway would serve as a reminder of all the memories the author had with the friends from the server, who helped the author in the process of making it.</spoiler>
