Overview
Petalburg is a texture hack of GCN Mario Circuit created by Krash. It is based on the town of the same name from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This was originally created as a texture hack by tarsa129 in Mario Kart: Double Dash!! (which can be seen here), but the author was interested to make the texture hack in Mario Kart Wii, so he asked tarsa129 for the texture files and ended up getting permission to make it.
