Please stop asking other people to create custom tracks for you. People here (And everywhere) have their own projects and other things they need to do. I once did not know how to work a 3D Modeler or hack Mario Kart Wii, but after some time I got it down. I'm not sure if you understand MKWii hacking itself, but there are many tutorials on that (You can start with the [[[Custom Track Tutorial]]). There are also 1000s of "How To" Google Sketchup guides on the internet, I'm sure you can find one and have your course up in no time.
