Regarding the file size
The driver_model BRRES file is over 500 KB big, which is excessive. It's very likely to crash on full online rooms. Make sure you reduce the textures and the model (preferably textures smaller than 256x256px and a model with less than 1500 polygons) in order to make it safer to use without crashing. A recommended size is <250 KB and an optimal size is <200 KB.
