RiiConnect24

Don't you need RiiConnect24 and Wiimmfi to test these? 4tbMyles8110mkwii (talk) 20:00 19 April 2016 (UTC)

You don't need RiiConnect24 for competitions at all, this is all being done by Wiimmfi.
To test custom competitions, you need to hex-edit the RKC file into your save game: RKC#Replacing

Any way to get a patched VFF to test with Dolphin? I can't get one... Atlas (talk) 12:13, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
Maybe I'll add a feature to export a competition as VFF file to test the custom competition. -- Leseratte (talk) 07:26, 21 April 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, a rkc2vff would be nice as well. Atlas (talk) 14:50, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
VFF?--Littlelum (talk) 00:21, 7 May 2016 (UTC)
VFF is a file archive format by Nintendo, based on FAT12. Every game which uses WC24 has a VFF archive in its savegame folder (wc24dl.vff), and the standby download manager writes the downloaded file in it. But for easier replacement and / or testing competitions with a Riivolution SD card savegame, you'd need to embed the RKC data, together with some other data, into a VFF archive which is not possible yet. -- Leseratte (talk) 14:48, 7 May 2016 (UTC)

CommonObj.szs list

So, I was wondering for an update if you could add a button/feature that lets you see what all the different CommonObj files have so you wouldn't have to look up which file has bouncy mushrooms or ramps every time. --Wg93589 (talk) 03:23, 4 July 2016 (UTC)

There are tooltips on each button / option in the RKC Editor. When you point the cursor at one of the checkboxes a tooltip should appear telling you what that option is, and, in case of the Common Objects, what objects are in that object file. -- Leseratte (talk) 07:16, 4 July 2016 (UTC)
