There's an issue with BrawlBox where it messes up shaders with more than one stage after you edit them. To fix that, just export the glitched shaders (In this case, Shader1 and Shader3), open them with a hex editor, and replace 0x6112 with 0x6111. In other words, you have to replace every 0x611(x) with 0x611(x/2).

Thanks for the info, I didn't know that (I guess it should be added to the tutorial?). It's gonna be a while before I update it though.

On another note, I also suggest improving the normals of the pipes. Use the Edit Normals modifier, break all the normals, then with the Edge selection ticked, select the edges of the tubular parts and weld them. Here's a comparison: http://prnt.sc/d91kgk
Moreover, the shadow map looks pixelated at some parts. I suggest tweaking the Size and Sample Range settings under Shadow Map Params.
