Freeze in v1.2

In the old versions had 3 freezes in 3 races. With v1.3 I had no freeze in 2 races. So it seems to be fixed. Anyway, this track has a serious slow motion bug.

@Huili: You remove the swooper to fix the freeze bug. Can you explain it? In my opinion it can be a general track to large error.
