Critics: Itemboxes in the spiral

We played One Super Race several times with MKW-Fun now. The setup of moving itemboxes in the spiral isn't good, because the first player (of a row of players) get all boxes, and all others nothing.

I have a solution for this issue: If the itemboxes go downward, place it in the outer area (about 3/4 or 4/5 of the street). Let the upward direction untouched (middle of the road). With this setup, each player have to decide to use the fast inner circle without itemboxes, or the outer circle to catch itemboxes.
