Adding a Redirect

I think a redirect to this page, Wii Luigi Circuit (EmmanuelBoom), should be created since this is a remake of Wii Luigi Circuit. The same should could said for other retro track remakes that use a different name (Bowser's Gravity Road, Excitebike Adventure, etc.).
