Wow, based on the pictures you have posted of this track it looks very nice! I really hope you finish it! But if you do I think the name would be too long for MKWii so maybe LR Magma Moon Marathon would be better (still a bit too long though). - WorldsBoss 14:49, 9 September 2012 (UTC)

I kinda have problems now, something went wrong with either the kmp or the map itself, because for some reason I don't start at the correct position when placing the start position, then I tried to place it somewhere by guessing, but I failed, so don't be surprised by it's weird position. If you want to take a look at it to find out what's wrong with it, here is everything you need: [[1]]. It would be nice if someone could help me with this, for sure this person will also be listed as author ;). The scale factor I used is 13637 in case you need it. I didn't have any problem opening the SZS file and moving the starting position with SZS Modifier. I assume the minimap is in the correct position? --Jefe 00:53, 29 September 2012 (UTC)

Well, moving works fine, that is not the prob. I guess that the minimap is in the wrong position but I don't understand why, that's the problem. - NiAlBlack 05:09, September 29, 2012 (CEST)

LOL no, that has been solved ages ago. My problem is, that some textures will always become solid colors. I have two suggestions how to solve it:
1. Use 3DS Max 2010 to export an OBJ and import into CTools, sadly it doesn't accept 2013 OBJ's.
2. Import the model into BrawlBox, this doesn't work either with 3DS Max 2013 and I also don't know exactly how to do it.
With some good luck this won't happen anymore, but I can't do it because I don't have 3DS Max 2010, I think I'll PM you on mariokartwii.com. -- NiAlBlack (talk) 10:10, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
I have a theory. Is it possible, that a brres has a limited amount of materials or something like that and everything above this limit becomes a solid color? If so, I'd have to merge some materials using the same texture, I dunno how to do that though. -- NiAlBlack (talk) 15:26, 24 March 2013 (UTC)


Names in other languages

So these names should only be added for CTGP track because the names are confirmed. Well, I know that the translations I added are correct, because I just looked them up in the original game, so why shouldn't I add them, and actually I expect that this track is gonna be in the CTGP one day, cuz it already looks pretty good although it is still an alpha version. - NiAlBlack 19:23, October 6, 2012 (CEST)

I'm gonna say it's acceptable in this case because the track existed in another game so existing translations are already available. In such circumstances there is no need for confirmation from MKWii community members. -- WorldsBoss 19:12, 6 October 2012 (UTC)
