Bugs in v1.3

Bugs in all 4 variants:

• KCL bug at end of last bridge: Invisible wall, that can only be detected with Mega Mushroom and Bullet Bill. BB is optimal to find the position.
• If activating Bullet Bill direct behind the cannon, it sometimes turns and falls into the lake.
