itemDirect online bug

Hi, your track contains 12 instances of the object "itemDirect" to place items on a track. However, using more than 11 of these causes your track to not work properly in online mode. I would recommend removing (at least) one of these. -- Leseratte (talk) 22:19, 14 November 2018 (UTC)

Hey there, since I know that there is no other way of contacting you as you'd like to remain incommunicado, I'm asking here as a request if I get your consent for me to publish my small update for said track.
With this update, I have made a few BRRES optimizations, improving and fixing animations, and just slightly editing the KMP.
If you do not wish for me to publish this version, I will not do so.

Sorry for not responding in a month. I don't know how I didn't see this until now. You can release the update, but I'm actually going to release a very large update myself in less than a month. My new update wasn't really going to do much to the model's visuals anyway, so feel free to either update a previous version or the new version that is coming out! Thanks!

Hey there, sorry for a late reply but I kinda forgot that you had replied. But now that it's come to my mind again and since you have released the update for the track, would you be ok me taking a look into it to see if I can make any improvements or optimizations?
I've not released my update to the previous version as well, I waited for you to release the update. But now that you've released it, I can do my best to make an optimizations or improvements if you give me the ok to do so.

Go right ahead; do what you see fits. Thanks for offering to update it! One side note that I'd like to point out (just in case you were checking things out over there) is that the big cluster of checkpoints between the two cannons in v2.0 look the way they do because there were a lot of broken respawn shortcuts during development in that area. They should all be fixed now, though.
