Item Position Bug

As it was removed from Known Bugs by Octanevinny, I wanted to clear up, that there is indeed an Item Position Bug in v1.0. It is not the one described as in the article, it's the kind of Item Position Bug, where an item vanishes, when it is placed on a road that has the height value 0 in the model. You can see it happening at 7:18 in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5li_JRTh41c Therefore it should be added back to Known Bugs. It could be noted that the Item Position Bug occurs at a road that is at 0 meters height in that article too. I know it happened on other tracks with also road at 0 meters.
