PAL and NTSC-J not supported in v3.5

As mentioned on its respective page, PAL and NTSC-J is not supported currently. Will this ever get updated so it supports these two regions too?. I had to ask about this because of the Published Works Policy:
If that content has been modified to only work with a specially modified version of Mario Kart Wii (because it relies on a weird behaviour of that distribution, is encrypted or otherwise obfuscated), the distribution creator must include the necessary patches for all three main regions (PAL, USA, JAP) to make that content work in vanilla Mario Kart Wii. --PeachKia52250vr (talk) 15:23, 7 August 2021 (UTC)
