Overview
Luigi's Neon Raceway is a texture hack of Luigi Circuit created by Guilmon. Luigi doesn't earn a lot of money doing the plumber. And most of his money are spent for his racing track, especially for lights. So he replaced them with neon lights, which are cheaper.
