Overview
Blacephalon is a Pokémon, first appearing in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.[1] It was created as a custom character for Mario Kart Wii by IkuTronHD, which goes over Mario on the Mach Bike. The author will add more vehicles for this character in the future.
