Wuhu Circuit is a texture hack of Luigi Circuit. It mainly uses textures from Mario Kart 7's "Wuhu Loop."

v1.5	2018-07-10	Unofficial update by Dswii3ds: All textures re-encoded to save space. Miscellaneous texture changes. Removed hills and Mario statue. Replaced trees with palm trees (from 3DS Maka Wuhu). File cleanup.
